In addition to the more than 80 seminars, workshops, conferences and other programs offered each year on an open-enrollment basis, the Center offers a wide range of services on a customized basis. Developing custom programs can include the process of exploratory meetings, program development, program delivery, and review.
The Darla Moore School of Business is particularly skilled at designing custom management development programs. We work closely with our corporate partners to identify key managerial skills that will improve organizational performance. By determining these essential success factors, we are able to collaborate with the client to design effective solutions for increasing managerial knowledge and expertise. Once organizational issues are identified, we call upon an extensive network of faculty, consultants, experienced business practitioners and institutional partners to design and deliver exceptional management development programs.
In-house presentation of seminars and workshops
Most of the Center's public programs can be adapted to client specifications or presented intact in the client's facility or at another location selected by the client, including the Center's facilities in the Darla Moore School of Business.
These offerings are available for managers, supervisors, executives, business owners, office support people and many other specialized groups. They offer flexibility and the opportunity for customization to meet specific needs. Often, they are more cost-effective than sending a large group to a public seminar.
