RSVP below to join us Tuesday, May 1st, for an interactive demonstration at the launch party of our new Professional MBA sites. Stay after to network at our celebratory reception.
The CEO of Polycom, Andy Miller (BS ’81) will make an appearance. You will feel as though you are in the room with him – up close and personal.
The new Greenville Telepresence site, our new site in Charleston and the Columbia main campus will be connected via Telepresence. Dean Hildy Teegen and Margaret Dawson, our executive director for corporate solutions will be on-hand to participate in the demonstration. You will see that it’s more than an ordinary teleconference.
Telepresence is a high-definition videoconferencing service that offers immediate, face-to-face interactivity among participants, regardless of where they are located. With Telepresence, you see all participants in every location. Cameras track speakers and zoom in on that individual—you’ll speak directly to them, in real time, from any location, all in high-definition. The technology creates an unparalleled interactive environment in which all participants feel they are in the same room, together.
