Graduation procedure

December 2016 graduation applications will be due by September 8th. Please check your university e-mail regarding how to set up your graduation senior check. Please fill out the "Application for Degree or Certificate" prior to meeting with your advisor. The application can be found here.

Graduating students must come by the Undergraduate Advisement Office (Room 301) and complete an AS-126 form.  The "Application for Degree or Certificate" form will be reviewed by an adviser and will be submitted on your behalf to the Registrar's Office.
